Terms and Conditions (T&C) for Taxi S\u00f6lden<\/h1><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Geltungsbereich und Vertragsabschluss<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The services provided by Taxi S\u00f6lden are governed by the following Terms and Conditions (T&C), performance descriptions, and price lists. Deviations from these conditions will not apply, even if Taxi S\u00f6lden does not explicitly object to them. Deviations from these conditions require the express written confirmation from Taxi S\u00f6lden. A contract will only be considered valid upon confirmation by Taxi S\u00f6lden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leistungsumfang<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The scope of services is exclusively determined by the written order confirmation from Taxi S\u00f6lden or by a subsidiary based on a written offer from Taxi S\u00f6lden. Information in brochures, performance catalogs, price lists, and similar documents is only binding if explicitly referred to. Transportation is carried out in accordance with the provisions of road traffic regulations and the Passenger Transport Act (PbefG). Passengers are obliged to follow instructions from Taxi S\u00f6lden or the chauffeur. In case of non-compliance or endangerment of traffic safety, Taxi S\u00f6lden has the right to exclude passengers from the transport. In such cases, the full fare, fixed price or kilometer price, and all additional services will be charged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Flughafenabholung<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Changes to the agreed pick-up time must be promptly communicated to Taxi S\u00f6lden, regardless of the reason for the change. Damages resulting from delayed notification will be borne by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preise<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prices include the statutory value-added tax. The binding prices are those on the day of booking confirmation. Prices not listed must be agreed upon in writing and are only valid for the agreed travel date and rental period. Additional times and distances will be calculated according to the applicable price list. Additional costs due to delays are the responsibility of the customer, unless the delays are caused by Taxi S\u00f6lden or the chauffeur. The transportation of normal luggage is included in the price; the transportation of bulky goods requires a separate agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zahlungsbedingungen<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taxi S\u00f6lden may request a deposit of up to 100% of the total price before the journey or demand the presentation of an empty credit card for a valid credit card prior to accepting an order. Remaining payments are due within the deadlines specified in the invoice. Payments will be applied towards the settlement of the oldest outstanding claim. In case of payment default, Taxi S\u00f6lden will charge interest at a rate of 5 percentage points above the base interest rate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stornierung<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellations are effective if made in writing or confirmed in writing by Taxi S\u00f6lden. Cancellations without charges are possible up to 24 hours before the start of the journey. Taxi S\u00f6lden will charge a share of the base price as compensation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taxi S\u00f6lden assumes no liability for time losses and economic consequences, such as delays due to traffic jams, vehicle breakdowns, or weather conditions. Taxi S\u00f6lden is not liable for damages caused by incorrect data transmission by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anwendbares Recht und Gerichtsstand<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For all legal relationships between Taxi S\u00f6lden and its customers, Austrian law exclusively applies. The place of jurisdiction and performance is Innsbruck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Teilnichtigkeit<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen dieser AGB unwirksam sein, bleiben die \u00fcbrigen Bestimmungen hiervon unber\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kundenpflichten und Haftung<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The customer is obliged to promptly inform Taxi S\u00f6lden of any changes to their name, billing address, legal form, and bank details. Likewise, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide the necessary information regarding passengers, time, and location of the service. Should the customer fail to notify promptly, they shall be liable for damages that could have been avoided through timely communication. The customer also undertakes, on behalf of the passengers, not to misuse the service of Taxi S\u00f6lden. This includes, in particular:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Beeintr\u00e4chtigung oder St\u00f6rung der Dienstleistung zu vermeiden<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Keinen Schaden zu verursachen<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Keine Strafgesetze zu verletzen<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Im Fahrzeug nicht zu rauchen<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Annahme des Fahrpreises nicht zu verweigern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In case of violations of these mentioned obligations, Taxi S\u00f6lden is entitled to take all necessary measures to terminate the misuse. In case of culpable infringement, the customer shall be liable for claims for damages against Taxi S\u00f6lden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Haftung<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taxi S\u00f6lden assumes no liability for time losses and their economic consequences. This includes delays caused by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Verkehrsstaus oder Stra\u00dfensperrungen<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fahrzeugpannen oder Verkehrsunf\u00e4lle<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Schlechtem Wetter usw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taxi S\u00f6lden is not liable for damages incurred by the customer or passengers due to incorrect data transmission by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anwendbares Recht und Gerichtsstand<\/p>\n\n\n\n
